Shipment Times

Our priority shipping option, which typically arrives in 2-4 business days, is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service. However, the majority of priority shipments do arrive on time.

If you need your home testing kit within a specific time frame, we suggest using our Express Shipping option. Which is guaranteed in 1-2 business days from the shipment date.

*The Sibling DNA Testing Kit is for personal knowledge only. Although they hold the same level of accuracy as our legal tests, they do not hold up for court purposes. Legal DNA tests have to be collected by a non-biased professional. If you believe that you may need to use results for legal purposes, please call to schedule an appointment.

*A Cancellation Fee of $50 or more may be assessed for any cancelled tests. The shipping envelope for Sibling Home Testing Kit must remain unopened and returned to us. Please call for approval on returns.
